Packed with green bells and jalapenos rather than red. The green is not quite as sweet because green peppers aren't as ripe as the reds. It is a truer traditional jalapeno pepper jelly. They both taste similar, but restaurants like the red because it is more aesthetically pleasing on meats. Funny our green is just as popular, especially around Christmas. A Green Hot and Red Mild makes a great hors d'oeuvre with cream cheese and crackers, when you let guests know which is hot and which is mild. (Or vice-versa with any of our products. Death Valley and green mild, Garlic with Ginger, and so on.) They're usually the first to disappear in any setting.
