Our restaurant customers are to thank for suggesting a Lime Pepper Jelly. They wanted something in addition to our Red Hot Pepper Jelly with some tartness to set off fish even more. Lime has since become extremely popular for a delectable citrus chicken, or pork. Folks have been known to mix it with a little tequila for a marinade, a fun twist to a southwest theme. This, along with our milder pepper jellies is a good neutral flavor that everyone likes if you're unsure if everyone will like hot stuff, ginger or garlic. Serve them all on the side as a dip for things like prawns or chicken.
