We added wine jellies to our product line in 2001. The wine jellies we had sampled all tasted like grapes so we set out to make a wine jelly that tastes like wine, alcohol and all. Even though the alcohol is cooked out of our wine jellies, it doesn’t taste like it is. Try this Cabernet Wine Jelly on cream cheese with crackers, or warmed brie and fruit for an unusual hors d’oeuvre. Were you a fan of our merlot jelly? Give this one a try!
